Registration

In order to register for the Central High Program, students/parents must complete a registration form and drop it off at the school. Once the form is received, an intake time will be scheduled for the student.  At the intake, staff will review all rules and expectations of the program and explain how the courses work.  Students will leave the intake with their first module.  Here is a link to this year's registration form:

You will be called to set up an intake time once we have received the form.
